Notes
David and Steven were in Ndalike village. And their intentions of going there was to continue following up on the sanitation and hygiene improvements. That was carried out in the homes which had lost their latrines to the storm. They were checking to see if the reconstruction was progressing . However as the Kibo staff were in the village they were joined by kalori and mugote Stephen the most active members on the sanitation committee into the homes which were affected by the storm. When David and Steven visited the different homes they were encouraged to see that at, least their was greater improvements than before. For example in the different homes like for mugote the village Vht and Batuli,s the area pastor. The owners of the two homes were too stubborn because they did not want to involve themselves in the sanitation progress. Therefore David thanked them for the improvements and maintenance on the different home sanitation facilities. Otherwise there was much sanitation progress in the different homes around the entire village.Later after the Kibo staff along with some sanitation committee members visited quite a good numbly of homes . They even crossed into the upper section of the village guiding the residents on facility constructions and standards. David , kiyayu and kisame did a greater job of moving home to home while encouraging all the community members by setting for them the rightful sanitation standards . The Kibo staff thanked kisame and kiyayu because they had done agreat job moving home to home setting the rightful standards of the different facilities for all the different homes. On that note the Kibo staff also added kisame Fred and kiyayu the most active members on the sanitation committee as an advisers. They thought it would help for the smooth progress of the sanitation improvements work. In general according to the hygiene and sanitation status of the entire village. It was improving. Except in the lower section were there was less progress.
