Notes
Alex and Chris went to Nabituluntu village to meet the community members and taught them how to they can work together ,it has been a gradual process for Alex and Chris trying to unite this community and it is becoming a success because the community members are becoming so cooperative. Alex and Chris met 12 men and 23 women mostly those that planted mvule and musizi trees provided by kibo group and demonstrated to them how to be patient and give time to their leaders’ decisions. Alex and Chris did this because they wanted to emphasize a high level of leadership and tolerance among the members and leaders. This was in regard to reports Alex heard from some members that Mr Sam who acts as the chairperson, was making decisions alone without the members’ consent. Chris reminded the leaders that they are representatives of their people’s views and opinions and so they should call for meetings and consult with the community members in case their is a decision they want to make on behalf of the community. Alex concluded by thanking the community members for coming to the meeting however,he wished them a merry Christmas and promised to meet the leaders and members next year to try to create harmony and leadership skill.
