- Introduction Life Skills is at the verge of phasing out of Kigalama and this therefore was to mobilize the community members to attend the final meeting. Overview Lorna’s plan was to go about in the in the village and mobilize the community members to attend the last meeting which will take place on Monday 13 and this will mark the last meeting in this village concerning Life Skills. Lorna however decided to call all the chairmen to the sub county so as to come up with a plan on mobilization and a mutual place on where this meeting will take place because , mobilization would have taken place but without agreeing on the place to meet by all the 3 chairmen and mobilizers agreeing would not make sense. Also Lorna wanted to take this opportunity to thank these incredible leaders for working with her to enable this program take place in this village. She told them what the plan was and that Life Skills is phasing out as of Monday. She said this does not mean the relationship stops and life skills stops here but they were to push this program forward that whatever challenge in the community, they can work together to address these challenges and can call Lorna Incase of anything. She told them the program on Monday and asked for their help in each of them mobilizing their Local council. They thanked Lorna for the program and told her to leave the mobilization to them and asked her not to be a stranger. They all agreed on a place to meet and at what time they would be meeting. Lorna will mobilize in Namuseno on Friday together with the leaders as this section has been the most stubborn section. The other 2 Local councils said they will mobilize their people and so Lorna should not worry. Lorna will mobilize Namuseno on the 10th Friday!.

- The borehole fence at the School needs to be replaced. Lorna talked to the chairman of the borehole and asked him why up to now it hasn’t yet been repacked and he said the borehole school committee is weak and she told him to get another committee if they were not working efficiently
