Notes
Alex met thirty three members to discuss how the leaders will work together with the rest of the members. When he arrived,he found found Galevu Sam the chairperson helping the worker constructing his kitchen. The chairperson thanked those that turning up for the meeting. He also reminded them to care for the living trees. The dry season looked as it had started, and yet community leave their animals to graze open. He advised them to keep the trees protected from being destroyed by animals. Alex B advised them to start irrigating their trees in the morning and evening since the dry spell has started. He even told them to be concerned with all trees the trees regardless of where they are from. He asked them to work together for unity. He noted that there was a need for them to have bylaws to guide the leader and the rest of the members for unity. It was after realizing that attendance of the members for their meetings was not consistent. The expression of the members was as if the leaders were not doing to their expectation. Balinaine one of the members said all the members suggested that for all be present and decide how they should move for any development. In conclusion Alex B reminded the community members to irrigate their trees and promised to come back to teach the community the importance of the bylaws to community and how to make them.
