Alex B met thirty seven members of Bukudumira about how to keep records of their finances in the group. He was received by Swaibu and after other members also reported. The meeting began with prayer that was led Alice.The chairperson of the Group Margaret thanked the members for turning up for the meeting.She told the members to save their money with group account.The leaders are ready to make the money that are secure and members benefit from group service. Alex B advised them to buy books for record keeping of their finances. He told them to record the finances from different projects separate. The personal saving each member with the group should know and check how it stands. He advised them to begin thinking of save and loan scheme. Personal saving will help them to meet their family needs. It could be withdrawn by the owner like when needed. Personal saving can be used to pay school fees or medical expenses. The finances from group projects could be used by them for loaning may be be with small interests as it can be agreed on by the members. He reminded them always to attend meetings in time to avoid making decisions on issues concerning money before others being in the meeting.Members should be free to ask about their personal and group money during the meeting. He suggested to them not to give money to treasurer any where but mostly on the meeting day and when the meeting is taking place. The members promised to work together for their group for development. They are also in for personal and group saving. The loaning scheme will help to develop themselves and the group. Alex B during his next visit with members will discuss how money from group projects and loaning scheme can benefit members.How individuals or as group can into business.
