- Alex B met thirty one member of Nawaibete about their draft constitution and to raise how to raise money for registration. There was to make the necessary corrections that will favor them to to be accountable by the government officials.
The chairperson of the group Balaki said that the draft was made and needed to be discussed .They had some issues missing in the draft.He noted like the duties and responsibilities of the members.
Alex B advised them to have a name of the group that will attract the minds of the people within the group and outside.The objectives of the group should be of importance to the community members.The activities they intend to do should be able to be done by the group.The Office bearers of the group should also be able to promote the development of the members and the group.
He asked the member to decide the way how to raise money for registration. The group to be registered,pay certain amount of money to the government for the certificate. It is called local revenue for local government. He advised them each to contribute money to meet the expenses of typing the constitution and books for writing the minutes during their meeting.
Godfrey one of the members suggested that leaders should find out how much money is needed for typing and registration.He also said that in the constitution,discipline should be embraced. Members need to behave in a way that is good and acceptable in the group and community.
Alex B during the next meeting will discuss with members how far they would have gone about their registration.They will also come up with ideas that will help them how to meet the government officials for registration.
