Tom,and the committee members moved in the upper section of the village before the chairman was called that on the lower section there was an issue that he had to attend to immediately. The chairman left Tom and the two committee members on the upper section checking on homes to encourage them on facility construction and sanitation improvements. They moved in three homes all next to each other and I all three homes , they had recently finished the construction of the dish racks. In one of those three homes, they had also started on latrine construction because they old latrine had recently collapsed. One of the committee members suggested that they move to one specific home that had recently moved to the village but had not yet started on the construction of a latrine. When they arrived in the home, they did not find the residents but encouraged their neighbor to encourage them of starting in the pit for a new latrine. The neighbor said he had shard with them and also advised them to visit the chairman and get a pick axe for the latrine. As they continued to move in other homes, one of the committee members received a call from the chairman that he had to go and help him attend to the case. This was a,case about land wrangles and it was necessary for Most if the village leaders to be present and settle the situation as one resident was promising to harm the other. As the other resident left for the meeting, Tom also lest for jinja.
