Notes
Tom met with some of th committee members to discuss about the triggering in the village. They discussed about the location as well as which section of the village to mobilize for the triggering. They decided to mobilize the village in the section called Munsiwa which is the upper section of the village. This was decided because the village is too big to work in at once. Also they agreed that the chairman of the village should be involved in the mobilization of the residents for triggering. Committee members were appointed for each section of the village to make sure that the information reaches the village. Because the weather was getting changing and rain was threatening to start, Tom left the village but emphasized the importance of good mobilization so that triggering can be effective
