Notes
Martin went to lbaako, he walked around with the Chairman LC1 and the sanitation committee members. Their intention was to check on the homes that are lagging behind and encouraging them about their home facilities. But good enough, the group met those homes when they are busy working on their new facilities like Safa Muwaya’s new latrine 25ft deep it’s under construction, Stephen Kisakye, he was not easy to work on their home facilities since started working in that village, but the group was so encouraged to see that he is digging the new pit latrine, Isima Wagubi worked on his new latrine and the shower area and other homes also worked on them. For those who have worked on their sanitation facilities like latrines, kitchens and shower facilities, the group was encouraging them about maintenance and smearing to make them strong and clean. To prevent the diseases like malaria, diarrhea, typhoid plus Covid 19, the group was encouraging the residents about hand washing stands, so that they can wash their hands every day to prevent those diseases, Generally the big number of homes in that village have worked so hard on their sanitation facilities especially latrines, kitchens shower facilities etc. According to their hard working, they are willing to work on their sanitation facilities. And kibo also is willing to work with that community as well as the village. As they are still continuing to work with them, the group worked in 35homes.
