- Ida went to Nawandyo to continue with the introduction lessons where by the community has to know what lessons to expect during community empowerment time in Nawandyo. Ida told the community to expect Spiritual, social and development lessons. Ida introduced her first lesson in Nawandyo (Jesus Lord of everything) with a simple question.: “What do you fear most in your lif Each person at least told what they fear most and these are things they said: Death, sickness, night dancers, poverty, evil spirits, mothers in-law etc. Ida told them a story from the book of Luke where Jesus calmed the storm and also healed a woman who had suffered from a sickness for twelve (12) years. All the things you fear Jesus over came them and He is master of everything. Jesus is Lord over sickness because He healed that woman who bled for twelve years, He is Lord of evil spirits because He drove them out from people many times and the evil spirits confessed that He is Lord and begged Him not to kill them. He is Lord of death because He raised the dead and He rose from the dead!. There is no need of fearing those things that Jesus won just put our trust in Him Jesus Christ. One member testified that she was deceived that her aunt cursed her and she needed to go to a witch doctor to settle or to break the curse. She went but only found out that the witch stole from her almost everything and caused hate instead. The aunt was innocent and later this woman became best friends with her aunt. The witch doctors too know that God is powerful.
