- There was an internal/ interDepartmental meeting at the District.Roy was told by the secretary to the D.C.D.O. to wait for the meeting to close then go to the D.C.D.O. When he came out of the meeting,the D.C.D.O. told Roy to check a week from the time of their meeting to pick the recommendation for Kibo Group
