Notes: Alex was in Naibowa to prepare the village and water user committee members for the water survey that was expected the following day. After contacting the drilling company, Kibo group received a confirmation that drilling would consider beginning with kibo work before heading to a bigger contract in Karamoja region. Alex met with all the water user committee members and the village leaders to discuss what is expected during this water survey. First, they were told to let Alex know of the area located in the middle of the village that can be considered for survey as they had been told by Alex during the previous visit. The village had selected three areas and Alex was shown these areas, then they were told to allow the hydrogeologist do his job and participate whenever called upon. The village people need to be present during this process to witness it and equally participate. They were very happy that long awaited moment was soon and thanked kibo group for considering them. Water surveying is expected the following day after confirmation from the Draco drilling company
