Abraham met ten Kivule community members and the purpose was to discuss about registering their group at the sub county. The secretary Mr Ibula told the meeting that they went and met the registrar at Nsinze sub county but he told them to wait for two weeks because they were finishing up somethings then they will go back and register their group. He said that that they will pay one hundred thousand shillings whereby they will be given an acknowledgement which they will take to the district. They collected nighty thousand shillings and remaining ten thousand shillings which they hope to get because some members who did not contribute they are harvesting their rice then the will bring the money. They have been building their church building and now it is the meeting place at first they used to meet under a mango tree. Abraham thanked the leaders for the great work they are doing to make their village a better place. He thanked the church for also the great work they have done to the building. He told them that the big work now is to see how they get ten thousand shillings for registering the group at the sub county because as the secretary said if the registrar tells them to go they need to be well prepared. The chairman Mr Christopher said that they are going to talk to those members who had not contributed to do so. He said that even if the registrar tells them to go tomorrow they can borrow ten thousand shillings from the money for repairing their bore hole and they can replace when those will bring their contributions.
