Martin went to Igerera A, he walked around the village with the Chairman LC1 and the VHTs. Their intention was to encourage the community members, to work hard on their sanitation facilities, especially hand washing stands and other facilities like latrines,dish racks, kitchens, rubbish pits and shower areas. Good enough the big number of homes have worked on their sanitation facilities like digging their new pit latrines and constructing them, rubbish pits, kitchens etc. The group was so encouraged about Kailu Mutwalubi, he was not easy to work on their home facilities. But good enough he is digging the new pit latrine it’s now 12ft deep, and also constructing the new kitchen. And another good story is about Kailu Christopher, he was not easy to work on their home facilities. But good enough he worked on the new latrine, kitchen, dish rack, rubbish pit, the shower area and kibo staff was demonstrating to him, how he is doing to construct the hand washing stands. And his wife was just appreciating kibo for the work of sanitation and hygiene going on in that village. Because she told them that. she has been cooking outside for about three years, but now she is so happy for her new kitchen and the hall family. And the man himself was also so happy for their new facilities, because he told the group that before working on their new facilities, he used to ran away from his home in kibo’s working days and he was not comfortable. But now he is filling well with his wife and their children, and they are going to start having their meals in time. For those who are still working on their new facilities, the group was encouraging them about the standards and those who have worked on them, the group was encouraging about maintenance and smearing like kitchens, latrines and shower areas. As kibo is continuing to work with that community as well as the village, the group walked in 30homes, because the group was encouraging on other as well as demonstrating the hand washing stands.
