Abraham met seven Kitukiro community leaders and some members and they went through their drafted constitution. They got a constitution from from another village which they used as a sample to write their constitution. The chairperson said that they have youth election in the village and thanked the members for keeping their trees well. Abraham thanked the chairperson and also writing their constitution, he to,d them not to take what the other village put in their constitution because this is a different village. He told them to take it to the CDO so that he will advise them before they write the final copy. He told them to continue thinking and discuss because there is more room to change or correct and they have to come up with what they hope to do as a group together so that it will be included in their constitution. There was a young girl who wanted Abraham to go and see her tree which was eaten by animal because she want to her uncle for a visit, they went and she was sad that her tree was eaten by an animal she promised to build a strong cage around it to protect it from animals. Abraham told the members that the next meeting they will finalize with the constitution and the next step will be registering the group at the sub county level. They agreed to take it to the CDO to review it and then they will make three copies one which will remain at the sub county and another will be taken to the district while the other will remain with the group.
