- Alex B met the community about the need to establish the village committee as per the Mvule community development program. The members that attended the meeting were from those small groups helping in the process of digging hole. They said as community is still digging and putting back or filling with compost manure. Alex B told them as it is good and important to have a central point with leaders responsible for the program. It will help to coordinate between the community and kibo staff.The flow of information will be easy and good. The committee will responsible to receive like trees that will given to the and records must be kept .The program is about community development and that means they are to participate to see development is achieved the community. I told them office that should be selected in as fallows; 1-Chairperson. 2-V/chairperson. 3-Secretary. 4-Treasurer. 5- Mobilizes depends on needs of the community. 6-Lc1 is a member on the committee as advisor and government representatives. The community bought the idea on ground that when they will select the leaders will consider some factors. They pointed out people who are will to serve the community,gender balance,people with good records in the community. The community will also be responsible to check with those that will receive the seedlings from kibo group of mvule. My next meeting with the community,I will lead and guide them in selecting their leaders.
