- Anger Lesson 1: What is anger?
- Notes
- Ida went Kigalama B and introduced anger management lessons. Here we talk about four "G"s.
- The first G is genes being black, short, tall, fat, short tempered, calm.
- Second G is group and here we talk about mother, father, brothers, sisters etc.
- Third G are guidelines which are laws such as African men tend to decide on everything because they think they are the bosses. Families have guidelines, schools also have guidelines that direct the schools in what's morally right. Any institution that does not have strict guidelines and principles are a failure in the community.
- The fourth are commonly the goals. For example in marriage, the goal is to stay in a happy marriage until death sets you apart. Another example of A goal is in a business where a business person has to stick to the true ethics and principles of conducting business.
