- Martin went to to Budumba, to follow up on the hand washing improvement in that village. Unfortunately he reached the village, when the chairman had taken his to the Hospital to deliver the baby. So he decided to walk around the village to check on the hand washing improvement. Good enough, the few residents have started constructing their hand washing stands, because according to how Steven and Kenneth taught them on the triggering day, they have known the value of washing their hands, after visiting their latrines. As they were still walking around, someone called them, and said that the Chairman LC1’s wife had delivered the daddy body. As they had that information, they stopped working in 15homes and went to see chairman. After visiting the Chairman’s home, Martin had a brief meeting with other leaders, they decided that they are going to form some groups in order to easier the work of constructing the new hand washing stands.
