To check on hand washing stand and latrine.

Martin and Stephen went to Naibowa village, to check on the sanitation and hygiene improvement on the side of hand washing stand and latrine constructions. Good enough the big number of homes in that village have worked so hard on their latrine construction, because of the iron sheets that was given to them. Even if they contribute d some little money for buying the iron sheets, but their appreciating kibo for the great work in their community as well as the village. The group was encouraging those who got their iron sheets to construct their latrines in a strong way and better standard. On the side of the hand washing, some homes have worked on them. but some have not. Because there’s one person who decided to help them to construct them in a strong way and better standard. For those who are still working on their sanitation facilities, they told the group that they are willing to work on them. And kibo staff also is willing to work with them. After that Martin, Stephen and the village leaders had a brief meeting, to discuss how they can help the community members to move forward. The village leaders decided to mobilize the community members, so that they can have a general meeting with kibo, and encourage them about their sanitation facilities. So the general meeting is going to take place on 7th Monday next week.
