Notes
The meeting began with prayer and after, the Lc1 gave his welcome remarks. The Lc1 thanked the members for attending the meeting and reminded them to keep time for the meetings.
The chairperson person of the group reminded the members to be calm and respect one another as they discuss during the meeting. He also reminded them that since it is dry season to be checking up with their trees that was given to them by kibo Group so that they do not die.
The members are introducing a project of each member to be bought for a chicken that will lay eggs and hatch them. Mr.Kiyuba Martin the chairperson asked the members to be mindful on the hens that will be buy for the members.
Alex B asked the members about what was discussed about the amount of money in place for the offsprings and how they concluded about the amount of money and on the issue of those goats that will give birth to more than one young one.Another concern was about the project that is going to be done from that money of the offspring of the goats.
The members agreed that each will take back sh.50000 and that is from the time one receives a goat and after the eighth month then all will be required to pay in all the money. They also a greed that the Group will need only Sh 50000 even though it gives birth to more than one young one. They want the money from the offspring to boost the Group as they want to promote the saving and loaning scheme in their Group.
